Göteborg Iaido & Jodo Summer Seminar 2010

Dates:

1-4 July 2010. Four days of practice Iaido and Jodo. For Thursday-Friday it will Jodo practice and for Saturday-Sunday Iaido practice.

Training:

Jodotraining starts at 10 am on Thursday. Iaido starts at 9 am on Saturday. If you arrive on Wednesday, and have not arranged a place to stay (for Wednesday night to Thursday morning) please contact Shobukan. This is only for the people that are expecting to stay in the Sportshall!

Opening Ceremony:

Will be at approx. 10 am on Thursday. Opening ceremony for Iaido approx 9 am on Saturday.

Registration fees:
On line registration, after May 1st and before June 18th
The seminar fee is 150 EUR for four days
The seminar fee is 95 EUR for two days (Jodo only or Iaido only)

On-site registration and/or payment, in case the seminar is not full!
The seminar fee is 170 EUR for four days
The seminar fee is 115 EUR for two days (Jodo only or Iaido only)

Lunch is included in the seminar fee. The sayonara dinner is 25 EUR per person, incl a glass of wine/beer

Stigbergshusets Budo Dojo:
Lodging in Shobukan´s Dojo. There will be space for sleeping bags and air mattresses.
Note! No sleeping in the sports hall this year. The sports hall closes at 18.00.

Lunch is included.

On Saturday evening we will have a Sayonara dinner. Please select in the payment if you wish to participate. You can also bu extra tickets for accompanying friends, spouses, etc

Information booth/kiosk:

There will be a kiosk that will have information in the form of maps, pamphlets and/or advice offered by an attendant. Also sells confections, soda and so on.

Graduations:

It will be possible to grade to 3 th Dan in Iaido and 3 Dan in Jodo.
Please note that 3 June is the last day to register for an examination.
